A Note From Leo: Reduced Capacity

I want to be open about the fact that Ask Leo! is running at slightly reduced capacity right now. More specifically, I’ve had a minor health issue (I’m well on the mend, thank you!) but will be taking a month or two of reduced activity as a result.

What this means:

  • My assistants are fielding all incoming questions and comments. They’ll do well, without a doubt, but please don’t be disappointed if you don’t hear from me personally.
  • Fewer questions will be answered directly.
  • Articles and videos are being “refreshed” from popular and important past topics. The newsletter and YouTube channel continue apace.
  • Financial matters, account issues, and similar matters may have additional delays as I either get around to them myself or instruct my assistants in the mechanics under the hood.
  • Progress on my course-under-construction, Linux for Everyone, has been paused, and it’s temporarily not for sale.
  • There are likely to be other rough edges; please be patient.

If you feel the need to unsubscribe or discontinue your patronage, I totally understand. Newsletter subs are handled via the link at the bottom of every email, and Patronage via the “My Subscription” link on your My Account page.

Thanks for your support and your patience.
