PLEASE use the search box at the top of the right hand column. I’m honestly not joking when I say that as many as half of the questions I get every day are, in fact, already answered in an article here on Ask Leo!.
The number one reason for not getting an answer is not giving me enough information to go on.
Help me help you: PLEASE be complete. That means the version of any software involved (particularly Windows), the full text of any error messages, the specific make and model of computer if that’s going to apply and of course detailed steps to reproduce the problem you’re seeing.
