Please, please, please use the search box at the top of the right hand column. I’m honestly not joking when I say that as many as half of the questions I get every day are, in fact, already answered in an article here on Ask Leo!.
It’s just so much faster for you if you can find the answer yourself rather than waiting for me (it often takes days and occasionally weeks).
I cannot answer every question. Because of the number of questions I get every day there’s simply no way I can respond to them all.

Be sure to include in your question:
- the version of the operating system you are running
- the name and version of the software you may be having problems with
- detailed steps to reproduce your problem
- the complete and specific text of any error messages
The number one reason for not getting an answer is not providing sufficient details of the problem.
