  1. I have an error telling me I am missing export link oleau132.dll.176 and I am unable to log on to ms messenger from my computer.

  2. im tryin to down load msn and when i try and click down load i get your current security settings do not allow this file to be down loaded can you please tell me wot im doin wrong.

  3. Not doing anything wrong. As it states, your security settings don’t allow for what you’re trying to do.

    Instead, try right clicking on the link, and selecting “Save as” for target. Then when done, run the target.

    If *that* doesn’t work, then you may need to add the download site to your “trusted sites” in Tools, Internet Options, Security.
