When I am away and want to use my Instant
Messaging account from a computer which is not mine, I cannot access my
archives. It says no messages archived, though I know that there are. Why will
it not let me look at my archives? Is it protected so that someone else cannot
see them on their computer? How would I access them from a computer that was
not mine? When I get home I can access those archives from my computer. Why
will it not allow me to do it on another computer?

The answer is very simple, really. Your MSN Messenger archives are stored
on your home machine, not on the internet, and not out at MSN.
So the only archives you can see from any machine are the archives that are
stored on that machine. There’s no way within Messenger to access the
archives remotely.
How do i access messenger archives on my computer? Do I have to be on the persons screen or can I just be the administrator. Thank you.
