What is W2KPatch[1].exe?

[/al_question]

It’s hard to say what “W2KPatch” is since there are many instances of programs by that name. Most are anti-virus patches of some sort. If you’re asking about the “[1]” after the name, that’s probably been added by Internet Explorer when you downloaded it. Why? In case you download two different W2KPatches, IE needs to save them as different filenames.
