Unfortunately, I’ve been experiencing a website problem for months that I’ve so far been unable to diagnose or resolve.
The symptom is that someone who should be able to access an otherwise restricted page cannot. For example, a Tip of the Day subscriber cannot access that day’s Tip of the Day on the website.
Please understand that it’s very frustrating for both of us.
The good news, such as it is, is this:
- You should have gotten the entire tip via email. (The only thing additional on the web page are reader comments.)
- It’ll likely work tomorrow. Or the next day. Or the next. (Though another page might take its place in having a problem.)
It’s very intermittent, which makes it all that much more difficult to diagnose.
