What is ST5UNST.EXE?

This filename actually pops up in several different scenarios.

For example I’ve heard of an Uninstall program for Visual Basic 5’s Setup
Toolkit that’s called ‘ST5UNST.EXE’.

I’ve also come up with one instance of a virus that
will overwrite or create a file by this name.

I’m assuming that if an anti-virus program has flagged the file as a
problem, then it is indeed the virus in question. It’s probably safe to allow
the AV program remove it, but if you formerly had a legitimate program by that
name, you may need to reinstall it someday … if it ever turns out to be a
problem. (It may not.)
