Term: service pack

A collection of updates, fixes, or enhancements to software delivered as a single installable package. Companies often release a service pack when the number of individual patches reaches a certain limit. Service packs are also known to often include updates that are feature additions and modifications, not limited to bugs or behaviour fixes.
